What this site offers

Engineering Persuasion provides copy audits and sales-page rewriting services. The site's teardowns and articles are analysis and opinion, offered for reading — they are not advice tailored to your situation.

Engagements

Every paid engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins — scope, price, schedule, and payment terms are stated per project, and that written confirmation governs the work. Case studies and testimonials happen only as agreed in writing with each client.

What I don't promise

I don't guarantee specific business results — conversion rates, revenue, or outcomes. Copy is one input among many in your business, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you certainty they don't have. What I commit to is stated, per project, in writing.

Your copy is yours

On full payment, delivered copy belongs to the client. I keep no rights to it beyond what the engagement agreement states.

The ordinary limits

The site is provided as-is; I'm not liable for decisions made from reading it. These terms are a plain-language floor, not a substitute for the per-project agreement — and if anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement wins.
